FAQ’s

Securities are placed on a credit card or cash. You have 3 days to return the item(s) or the security will not be refunded although the item remains property of Ana Paz Specialty Cakes Inc.

Cash, check, credit card (Mastercard and Visa only), money orders, or cashier checks are accepted.

Deposit of 50% is required when placing the order and the balance is due seven days before the event. We do not return deposits, store credit only.( Credit is good for one year from the date of the orginal event).

If the wedding cake is the dessert you should have enough for everybody. If you have another dessert it is to your discretion which size you would like to order it. If it is a sit down dinner make sure to order enough, otherwise you may have very thin slices for the guests, rather than regular sized pieces.

It is preferable to reserve it between six months to a month before the wedding. For birthday cakes and other events, we reuest all orders to be placed no later than a week in advance. For Weddings especially,  (November) is our busiest month of the year. At the time of placing the order we require a deposit of half of the total cost of the cake.

You can come to our Doral store (please try to make an appointment), or you can place your order over the telephone. We can work through email/fax, but call us first please.

From 12 to 15 guests, except when they are small individual cakes.

Yes, we have samples available such as Vanilla Rum Cake every day in our store (from 10:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday through Saturday during your appointment.)
If you would like to try something different, you have to let us know in advance and place a SAMPLE ORDER where you receive a receipt. Call 305-471-5850. We also have Chocolate Cake and offer other flavors, yet our Vanilla Rum Cake is what we are famous for.
